Job responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales & marketing team on all business activities across key chains & food servicing channels
- Identify potential business opportunity to maximize sales channels, in order to drive the business growth and profitability
- Develop and implement sales and distribution strategy and plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead the marketing team to develop and execute promotions and trade activation to enhance the brand awareness
- Establish strong and long-term business relationship with clients, manage the business terms and pricing strategy
- Conduct market research and analysis to obtain market insight, to support the business plan and brand strategy
- Prepare sales report and analysis for management review
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Business or related disciplines
- 8-10 years sales & marketing experience from FMCG industry, with at least 5 years at managerial level
- Solid experience in managing both key chains & food servicing clients
- Result-driven with proven track record in sales achievements
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical skills
