Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and requests from various service channels
- Receive customer feedback and handle customer complaints with a sincere and professional attitude
- Follow-up customers’ requests with relevant internal departments and provide answers with outbound phone calls and emails
- Deliver services according to the compliance requirements, achieve customer satisfaction and meet service quality and productivity targets
- Night shift duties required occasionally
Requirements:
- Form 7/DSE education or above
- As least one year experience in contact centre environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills and service attitude
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint an advantage
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
