Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and requests from various service channels
  • Receive customer feedback and handle customer complaints with a sincere and professional attitude
  • Follow-up customers’ requests with relevant internal departments and provide answers with outbound phone calls and emails
  • Deliver services according to the compliance requirements, achieve customer satisfaction and meet service quality and productivity targets
  • Night shift duties required occasionally

 Requirements:

  • Form 7/DSE education or above
  • As least one year experience in contact centre environment preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and service attitude
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint an advantage
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
