Our client is a world’s premier company, which is now seeking for a high caliber to join their team as Customer Service Officer to cater the premium membership scheme.


  • Handle membership inquiries via phone and emails
  • Develop long-term relationship with premier customers
  • Handle and follow up member request


  • Diploma or above in related disciplines
  • 1 year experience in customer service field is preferred
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • People-oriented with good communication skills


  • To be responsible for overall reception duties and switchboard service in a professional manner;
  • Handle incoming mails, schedule document deliveries and arrange courier services;
  • Managing conference room booking and guest registration;
  • Maintain reception area and conference room tidy and clean;
  • Provide clerical support, update general information and database;
  • Procurement of stationery and office consumables.

 Job Requirements:

  • Form 6/7 graduation of above;
  • 1 year relevant experience;
  • Possess good interpersonal and organizing skills;
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Additional language skill is an asset;
  • Proficient in common software applications;
  • 5 days’ work on-shift;
  • Immediately available is preferred.


  • Handle customer enquiries and requests from various service channels
  • Receive customer feedback and handle customer complaints with a sincere and professional attitude
  • Follow-up customers’ requests with relevant internal departments and provide answers with outbound phone calls and emails
  • Deliver services according to the compliance requirements, achieve customer satisfaction and meet service quality and productivity targets
  • Night shift duties required occasionally


  • Form 7/DSE education or above
  • As least one year experience in contact centre environment preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and service attitude
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint an advantage
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer’s enquiries, complaints of Pre-sales and After-sales via call, email and web chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Process order/quotation submitted via fax, email and Internet
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  Job Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above
  • 2-3 years of work experience in customer service field
  • Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks quickly and accurately
  • Proficient in PC Skills, including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good at English and Chinese typing
  • Immediate available is preferred

In this position, you will:

  • Handle customer enquiries in an efficient and accurate manner;
  • Establish and maintain good customer relationship by providing one-stop customer care services;
  • Communicate with customers through live chat/phone to answer questions, solve problems, and troubleshoot;
  • Input and update customer record accurately;

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Secondary education or above;
  • 1 year relevant experience preferably in customer service;
  • Customer service oriented, willing to work under pressure, self-motivated, pleasant personality;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in Cantonese, good command of English and Putonghua;
  • Candidate with more experience and management skills may be considered as Senior Customer Care Specialist.

  • 負責客戶服服中心內日常運作

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
