JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle membership inquiries via phone and emails
- Develop long-term relationship with premier customers
- Handle and follow up member request
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or above in related disciplines
- 1 year experience in customer service field is preferred
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- People-oriented with good communication skills
