Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails from customers
- Handle customer’s enquiries and handle complaints regarding shipments and orders
- Provide an excellent service to customer
- Maintain CRM system
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above
- Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, English and Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or above)
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
- Immediately Available or short notice is preferred
