Our client is a well reputable automobile company, the exclusive retailer of luxury motors and commercial vehicles in Hong Kong. They are now seeking to hire a Customer Service Officer to join their team to support its business expansion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations of the showroom and customer service
- Handle after sales services, customer enquiries and complaints
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales Teams, and provide support to
- Maintain client database, administer contracts and related documentation, ensure all information accuracy and keep up-to-date
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain a good relationship; to enhance the customer loyalty
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience from hospitality / aviation / retail industries, with automobiles experience is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with excellence communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player, proactive and able to work under fast-paced working environment
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
