Our client is a multinational Digital Technology company. They are looking for a part-time assistant to support the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative duties, e.g. report preparation, mail handling
- Inbound and outbound email to answer clients’ enquiries
- Any Ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
- Tertiary education is preferred, students are also welcomed
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
- Good communication skills and phone manner
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management, responsible, eager to learn
- Flexible working schedule and location, remote work is available
