Our client is a leading technology company looking for an Account Manager (Business Partnerships) to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop & manage direct relationships and drive engagement with key partners across the payments ecosystem (processors, merchants etc) on core Brand Payment initiatives
- Drive partner engagement strategy & execution for the market, including development of go-to-market documentation in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Negotiate & execute contracts with partners
- Identify and maintain pipelines & tracking documents, communicate key updates to leadership & cross-functional teams
- Ensure that partners are mobilizing around actual deployments / implementations and once live, engage with partners to optimize implementations and drive growth
- Drive cross-functional engagement with teams including Strategy, Finance, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations in order to deliver on key product area objectives
- Develop a deep understanding of Brand’s strategy and products across the payments product areas, and how it fits into the larger Brand strategy
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in relevant disciplines
- 3+ years experience, ideally in a Technology / IT / mobile related industry
- Passionate for customers, technology savvy and have good experience positioning complex sales solutions to customers or partners
- Excellent organizational, analytical, influencing and presentation skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese fluently and idiomatically
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, teaming environment within the Technology Industry
