Duties:
- Collaborate and communicate with digital partners and B2B2C team to co-create / leverage digital ecosystem through open API integration
- Continuously improve end-to-end Customer Experience, from prospecting through to retention
- Build Enterprise system capability to support digital vision of customer and digital partners, application monitoring and alerting as well as maximum business agility
- Enable Data Led Experience – Collect, Analyse and Leverage Customer Data to drive higher customer knowledge and data driven decisioning
- Leverage the use of IoT, omni-channels communication, machine learning, and digital rewards program to drive customer engagement
- Monitor and deliver I.T. projects to ensure the successful achievement of the implementation schedule, targeted result and desired business benefit within budget. In addition, prioritize and plan for the I.T. projects to ensure adequate resources are allocated to achieve the desired goals
- Collaborate with B2B2C team, Business Analyst, Digital Transformation & Enterprise Architect, Application & Infrastructure team, business and back office teams to simplify business and system processes
- Lead development teams (external vendors and internal) and oversee development schedule, application design and software quality and Production environment healthiness
- Maintain systems, policies and procedures to ensure I.T. processes adhering to the relevant local and Group compliance procedures and obtain satisfactory audit and regulators’ review reports
- Seek, hire, and retain a strong/collaborative team of application development experts with latest in-depth business and technical knowledge to support projects or enhancements
- Manage project risks & escalate project issues to Supervisor/Head of IT & Functional Business Heads
- Manage other projects or assignments as directed by Supervisor/Head of IT
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
- 15+ years of experience delivering customer platform, with minimum 6 years in supervisory role and business partners communication
- Concrete knowledge on various operations of life & non-life insurance businesses
- Familiarity with Mobile APPs / API Microservices architecture
- Experience with digital and Omni-channel processes
- Experience with Agile project delivery frameworks
- Experience with business process, applications, project management, solution delivery, technologies, frameworks, and/or other methodologies applicable to assigned domain
- Knowledge on DevOps CI & CD tools and process
- Able to alter direction easily to accommodate changing priorities
- Strong problem solving and analytic skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with different business units, back-office teams and IT
