The Responsibilities

  • To support the execution of projects and programme on time, within budget and according to the agreed quality plan.
  • Assist the project managers or programme managers on project planning. Issues and risk monitoring as well as finance tracking
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders and sponsors for project meetings, updates and follow ups
  • Lead the delivery of project, act as the key coordination point for all the team involved in the project.
  • Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan

Skills

  • At least 4 years of solid experience in Project Management as Project Manager
  • Experience in MPF projects is highly preferred
  • Good personal organizational skills and project management experience
  • Experience in working on large scale organization-wide reengineering projects, preferably in a financial services institution
  • Good in both spoken and written Chinese and English

Right now, they’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join their team and work closely with the IT team to ensure the business requirements.

Duties:

  • Collect and document requirement and provide necessary background information
  • Fully document scope of all related business requirements, relating to each deliverable
  • Define the overall business requirements management process and associated governance, stage gates and sign offs
  • Partner with key business and technology representatives in order to drive business requirements, testing and overall delivery
  • Work closely with IT to ensure that business requirements are translated into technical specifications and systematic solutions where required
  • Identify solutions for the enhancement, development and implementation of scalable and robust operating models and solutions, ensuring alignment to strategic business initiatives
  • Conduct a gap analysis and impact analysis with reference to regulatory rules, business needs and all the internal requirements
  • Definition of future state business process to ensure consistency and gain maximum benefit from technology deliveries
  • Provide support in case of production incidents, including root cause identification and proposing solutions to resolve the issue in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking industry
  • Familiar with securities operations and equip with experience in replacement of post trade system
  • Excellent understanding of the end-to-end project life cycle, from initiation through to delivery as well as business transformation frameworks, agile methodologies and best practice
  • Ability to produce high quality documentation
  • Experience delivering presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivation with excellent interpersonal skills, able to multi-task and work under pressure Experience managing UAT and testing
  • Strong problem solving and logical thinking skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua

  • Work closely with Software Engineers to create innovative and intuitive user experience for the web/mobile applications, following human-centered methodology and design principles
  • Gather and translate UI/UX requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces to conduct the concept visualisation
  • Design wireframes, visual design, interaction models, and support design documentation
  • Assisting in design research and product documentation

skills & experiences required.

  • Associate Degree/Diploma or above in Multimedia or Graphic Design is preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role for graphic and UI/UX design; at least 4+ years of experience will be considered as senior level
  • Solid experience in designing tools like Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
  • Good understanding of UI/UX design methodologies on web or mobile platforms
  • With a good visual design background and has an eye for good designs
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Unity would be advantageous but not a must
  • Ability to collaborate with the teammates from different teams/departments and also able to work independently

about the role

  • Liaise with sales team to understand client’s requirements and design a feasible plan to implement company’s digital solutions to client’s end
  • Install, configure, update and test new and existing applications and workstations both on-site and remotely
  • Setup, configure and manage the network systems, cloud migration, cloud platform operations
  • Act as L3 support to digital applications when needed and meet Service Level Agreement. Worked with regional team across APAC to deliver implementations.
  • Prepare technical analysis for product implementation and enhancement with particular specifications

about the requirement

  • 5 years of experience in systems implementations, enterprise systems, or managed services. Ideally from the aviation, airport, or airline sector
  • Hands-on experience on L2 or L3 product support and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding in network systems and protocols (TCP/IP), and routing protocols. Holder of CCNP, CCDP will be a big plus.
  • Experienced in deployment of Cisco ASA routers and switches.
  • Knowledge in cloud platforms and services, ideally AWS
  • Understanding on experience in DevOps will be an advantage, e.g., Docers, OpenShift, Kubernetes, etc.
  • Understanding on VDI will be an advantage, e.g., VMWare, Hyper-V, VirtualBox, etc.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems management, and server administration
  • Experienced of being a team leader, excellent leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on Windows 10, Microsoft O365, Microsoft Office 2016, MDM systems, mobile devices, network support, document management systems, etc.
  • ITIL holder is a plus
  • Good communication and presentation skills, good team player
  • Native in Cantonese, native in English and Mandarin is a must
