Duties:
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 infrastructure tickets support in the Hong Kong and APAC region
- Provide day-to-day administration of IT services including satellite connectivity, servers, storage, networking, operating systems and core networks DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Escalate problem ticket to Tier-3 level support – Infrastructure and Business Application
- Liaise with IT project team and other teammates
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in IT, computer science or similar
- 5 or more years of experience in PC support and system admin
- Previous experience in shipping/ telecommunication industry is an asset
