Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for overall reception duties and switchboard service in a professional manner;
  • Handle incoming mails, schedule document deliveries and arrange courier services;
  • Managing conference room booking and guest registration;
  • Maintain reception area and conference room tidy and clean;
  • Provide clerical support, update general information and database;
  • Procurement of stationery and office consumables.

 Job Requirements:

  • Form 6/7 graduation of above;
  • 1 year relevant experience;
  • Possess good interpersonal and organizing skills;
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Additional language skill is an asset;
  • Proficient in common software applications;
  • 5 days’ work on-shift;
  • Immediately available is preferred.
