- To be responsible for overall reception duties and switchboard service in a professional manner;
- Handle incoming mails, schedule document deliveries and arrange courier services;
- Managing conference room booking and guest registration;
- Maintain reception area and conference room tidy and clean;
- Provide clerical support, update general information and database;
- Procurement of stationery and office consumables.
- Form 6/7 graduation of above;
- 1 year relevant experience;
- Possess good interpersonal and organizing skills;
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Additional language skill is an asset;
- Proficient in common software applications;
- 5 days’ work on-shift;
- Immediately available is preferred.
