The Role
- Provide 1st level service desk and desktop support to all internal users
- Preform troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues
- Support conference calls set up
- Follow the escalation process to ensure professional IT support service.
Your Profile
- At least two years of relevant experience on IT support
- Good hardware, video conferencing and networking knowledge.
- Experience in projects such as Windows upgrade and office relocation
- University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese.
