Job Description :
- The Customer Representative will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail
- Taking orders, and follow up services.
- Ensure all the questions are able to fix within timeline
- Cooperates with other teams and assist any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements :
- Diploma of above, with 1-2 years CS work experiences is highly prefer
