Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer’s enquiries, complaints of Pre-sales and After-sales via call, email and web chat in a timely and professional manner
- Process order/quotation submitted via fax, email and Internet
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High Diploma or above
- 2-3 years of work experience in customer service field
- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks quickly and accurately
- Proficient in PC Skills, including Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good at English and Chinese typing
- Immediate available is preferred
