Our client, a well-known international company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Assistant to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Handle inbound calls and customers enquiries
- Schedule and arrange the order for customers
- Data input and assist in simple clerical work
Requirement:
- Diploma holder or above
- 1 – 2 years experience in hotline / customer service is preferred
- Good telephone manners
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English
- Basic PC skills
- University student will be considered
- Flight Attendants are welcomed
