Our client, a well-known international company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Assistant to join their team.

Job Duties:

  • Handle inbound calls and customers enquiries
  • Schedule and arrange the order for customers
  • Data input and assist in simple clerical work


  • Diploma holder or above
  • 1 – 2 years experience in hotline / customer service is preferred
  • Good telephone manners
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English
  • Basic PC skills
  • University student will be considered
  • Flight Attendants are welcomed
