Our client is an international leading logistic company looking for a Call Center Representative (Part Time) for their Call Center.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle general enquiries by phone in a professional manner
- Cooperate with other team members to resolve customer’s request efficiently
- Provide the best customer services to the clients in order to satisfy their needs and retain their loyalty
- Manage day-to-day operations of call center
- 32 – 40 hours per week (from 09:00 – 18:00 from Monday to Friday)
Job Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma in all disciplines
- Fresh Graduates with internship or relevant clerical experience are welcome
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
