Our client is a dynamic shared space offers prestige and luxury customer service. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement short-term and long-term business development plan to maximize the occupancy rate
- Identify potential business opportunity to maximize the profitability
- Plan and organize networking events, out-bound call or social activities to reach out potential new clients
- Work closely with marketing team on consumer engagement activity to enhance the customer engagements and prolong the service period
- Prepare sales report and analysis, conduct market research to obtained insight for developing business strategy to drive the business growth
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor in Hospitality or related disciplines
- 3-5 years business development and corporate sales experience gained from Hospitality is an advantage
- Strong network with corporate clients such as Banking, Insurance, Retail, Telecommunication, etc.
- Strong business sense and analytical skills
- Proactive, energetic and detail-minded
- A good team player with strong presentation and communication skills
- Native in spoken and written English
