Job Responsibilities
- Manage communication and enquiries from distributors and sales team for the launch plans
- Work closely with the various internal departments including sales team, supply chain & logistics teams to fulfill sales and operation needs
- Review operation workflow and procedures, provide recommendation and action plan to improve the operation effectiveness and efficiency
- Coordinate with clients and R&D Department on new collection projects from price negotiation, sample submission, merchandizing plan, production to shipment
- Monitor sales order, order fulfillment and delivery; develop KPIs for performance measurement
- Provide solutions to internal & external customers to streamline operation processes and optimize order management process efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare sales report and analysis for management review
Job Requirements
- Degree Holder with at least 3 years sales operations experience from fashion industry
- Attention in details with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Passionate, energetic and be able to manage challenges
- Proactive in initiating new ideas
- Advanced level in MS Office and Excel
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
